Tips & Tricks

Need help with food or rent?

Not sure where to start?

Sometimes it helps to talk to an adult you trust. Here are some places you can go for help, depending on where you are:

  • At school? Chat with your school chaplain or student support services, they’re there to help you find the support you need.
  • At uni or TAFE? Most campuses have student wellbeing teams who can support you with whatever you're going through.
  • At work? You might have access to free counselling through something called an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Not in any of those places? Try reaching out to a Community Navigator, they’re great at helping young people connect with the right support.
