
Anglicare Y-SHAC
Y-Shac provides crisis accommodation for young people aged 15-20 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. They also offer transitional housing for those aged 16-25.
Young people may need emergency accommodation due to:
- Unstable home or family life
- Family or relationship breakdown
- Eviction or rising living costs
- Risk of crime, drugs, or violence
- Financial issues
- Complex needs
- Leaving correctional facilities
Services include:
- Shared emergency accommodation in Perth with 24/7 youth worker support
- Transitional housing in Rockingham or Cockburn
- Support to get back on their feet, including advocacy and referrals
To apply, the young person or support worker must contact the relevant service location.
