Tips & Tricks
Not sure where to start?
Sometimes it helps to talk to an adult you trust. Here are some places you can go for help, depending on where you are:
- At school? Chat with your school chaplain or student support services, they’re there to help you find the support you need.
- At uni or TAFE? Most campuses have student wellbeing teams who can support you with whatever you're going through.
- At work? You might have access to free counselling through something called an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Communities Inclusion Connection Team- A friendly phone and email service for everyone, including kids and teens. They’ll help you find the support you need.
- Fremantle Women’s Health Centre - offers counselling and referrals for women aged 16 and up. A safe space to talk and get help.
