Youth Place supports young people aged 15 to 25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. They can provide immediate help, including accommodation, food, and transport vouchers.
Youth support workers assist young people with emergency relief, outreach support, case management, advocacy, referrals, and transitional housing.
