Where is the door? is a project initiated to help people better navigate community services in the local government areas of Cockburn, Fremantle and Melville.
The project is responding to an increased need from community members, due to rising interest rates and higher costs of living creating increased stress for individuals and families.
The earlier people seek help, the more options are available and the easier it is to stop problems from worsening. Service providers can browse local supports to assist with referrals or download and print resources to share.
Where is the door? is a multi-faceted initiative, connecting service providers within the south-west metropolitan region through our Community of Practice networking events and training opportunities.
