Assists young people aged 15 to 24 who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness.

Youth Place accepts referrals from people needing support, their families and/or friends and other service providers.

Youth support workers can help young people with Emergency Relief including food and clothing vouchers, support to pay bills, outreach support, case management, advocacy and referrals and/or transitional housing.
