Youth Focus offers free, confidential support for young people aged 12–25 across WA who are going through tough times. Whether you're feeling anxious, down, or just not yourself, you can access:
- Counselling – Face-to-face or online sessions with friendly, qualified professionals.
- Group therapy & mentoring – Connect with others and build skills in a safe space.
- Education programs – Learn about mental health and how to support yourself and your mates.
- Support to get into work or study – Help with goals, confidence, and finding your path.
