Moorditj Koort – Culture Care Connect Program
Support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 15 and above who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts or have had a suicide attempt.
Moorditj Koort’s Culture Care Connect Program is a proactive service designed and delivered to support Aboriginal people in Perth South (Metro Region), providing service that is professional, confidential, accessible and culturally appropriate for our clients and community.
The program supports individuals aged 15 and above.
Referrals: people can self-refer to the program. They also accept referrals from family members, community organisations, and service providers.
