Mental Health Maintenance is a one-day interactive course designed for young adults aged 18-30. It covers 12 dimensions of wellbeing, including self-control, exercise, breathing, sleep, nutrition, finance, relationships, occupation, environment, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual health. The course is engaging and fun, integrating modern wellbeing evidence and lived experiences. Participants also get a self-reflection journal with wellbeing tools and strategies.
