The Communities Inclusion Connection Team (CICT) is a person-centred, holistic community-based approach designed to facilitate connection to appropriate mainstream and specialised services for people across Western Australia (WA).
Who can access CICT?
- With a no wrong door approach, anyone within WA can access our team of Community Inclusion Navigators.
- People with disability requiring additional support may be able to access our Communities Inclusion Connectors if they reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area.
- Community members, groups and organisations, not-for-profit services and government agencies can connect in with our Communities Inclusion Engagement Officers
Support for those caring for a family member or friend with a disability, mental illness or who is frail due to age.
